Applicant and Candidate Privacy Notice Dolls Kill is hiring a District Manager to lead our retail stores. You'll run operations and drive results in our current stores, and you'll lead the expansion of the store fleet into new locations. What you'll do Own store performance against plan: sales, conversion, average order value (AOV), labor, shrink, and four-wall contribution. Set operating plans and targets for each store, and give store leaders the processes, reporting, and coaching they need to beat them. Lead hiring, training, and development of store leadership teams. Manage inventory, replenishment, and sales forecasting with merchandising and planning. Study how layout, assortment, visual merchandising, and customer experience affect results, then push changes and feed what you learn into retail strategy.
