Partner Managers are the face of DoorDash to some of our most valuable merchant partners. You'll work directly with business owners, bringing an action-oriented mindset and a relentless focus on growth. Your book of business is yours to own — you'll build deep relationships, identify opportunities, and do whatever it takes to help your merchants win on the platform.

About the Role

Partner Managers own the overall relationship with restaurant owners on an ongoing basis. Typical responsibilities include upselling incremental products and services to our existing business owners to help their businesses accelerate to new levels, holding periodic business check-ins, making/implementing operations improvements, troubleshooting product-related bugs, recommending marketing strategies, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention
