People Director

About the Team

The India People team is establishing the people practices and employee experience that will support the launch and growth of our Hyderabad site. We partner closely with site leaders and employees to create effective teams, consistent leadership practices, and a healthy, sustainable workplace as the operation scales.

About the Role

As the India People Business Partner, you will be a highly visible, hands-on presence at the Hyderabad site, staying close to daily operations, leaders, and employees throughout the site’s launch, growth, and stabilization. You will support employee engagement, manager effectiveness, organizational effectiveness, talent management, employee relations, workforce planning, and change management. You will coordinate two Human Resources Generalists and use people data to identify risks, improve day-to-day execution,
