About the Team

Platform Hiring Team (PHT) is building a centralized, technology-enabled hiring engine for repeatable, scaled hiring roles across supported DoorDash, Deliveroo and Wolt businesses. You'll join the Platform Hiring Team, PHT's system-facing execution arm. This team owns candidate delivery inside the active hiring platform, today Fountain: reviewing AI-supported recommendations, making the final hiring decision, and moving candidates through to offer at speed and scale.

You'll provide day-to-day coordination, coaching, and quality calibration for a group of Platform Hiring Specialists while maintaining direct delivery responsibility.
