The Campaign Operations team’s mission is to deliver high-quality, relevant communications that meet the needs of our customers around the world. We build, test, and launch the retention marketing campaigns designed by our Lifecycle Marketing partners, and we’re focused on getting every campaign to the right audience on time and with strong craft. We’re growing our team of technical CRM specialists in Mexico City to support that mission.
About the Role
As an Associate, Campaign Operations, you will help build, test, and launch retention marketing campaigns using our email service platform (ESP), Braze, working from designs created by our Lifecycle Marketing partners.
