About the Team

You’ll be joining the Global People Operations organization to lead the Global Mobility & Immigration (GMI) function that owns strategy, operating model, and end-to-end delivery for mobility and immigration across the DoorDash brand ecosystem. GMI sits at the intersection of business enablement, employee experience, and compliance. The team partners closely with Legal, Talent Acquisition, People Business Partners, People Operations, and our external vendor ecosystem to keep global mobility and immigration compliant, scalable, and ready for what’s next as the business and its footprint continue to grow. This work shows up immediately and concretely: it determines whether critical transfers and international hires land on time, whether the company stays ahead of shifting immigration policy across jurisdictions, and whether employees relocating across borders get a support experience that matches the s
