About the Role
The Sort Capacity Manager owns network-wide capacity de-risking for the Sort organization. This role builds and maintains the constraint model that defines what “de-risked capacity” means across every 1P and 3P facility — dock door availability, floor/pallet-position space, max throughput, and optimal labor and automation.

- Own the network constraint model — Model site capacity against its underlying constraints: dock door availability (inbound/outbound truck cadence by hour, translated from Mx forecast), floor/pallet-position space (inbound-to-outbound hourly volume vs. staging capacity), max throughput (automation vs. manual sortation rate, package profile mix, cross-dock vs. sort), and optimal labor hours required to hit max output.
- Govern spoke capacity data — Drive spoke capacity maintenance in the sort app
