Senior Associate, Operations Safety

About DoorDash Labs

DoorDash Labs is an independent robotics and automation team within DoorDash, focused on transforming last-mile logistics at scale. Our work reaches millions of people — and we're building the operational foundation to make that possible safely.

About The Role

As a Senior Operations Associate on the Operations Safety team, you will be a hands-on contributor to the safety systems, incident response, and SOP processes that support DoorDash Labs' autonomous products. You will execute day-to-day safety operations, analyze incident and operational data, and work closely with engineering, product, and field operations teams to help ensure safety is built into every phase of development and deployment. This is an individual contributor role for someone who thrives at the intersection of operational rigor and cutting-edge autonomy.<
