About the Team

The DashMart Growth team is responsible for accelerating consumer growth across DoorDash's first-party retail business. We own the strategies that drive customer acquisition, retention, order frequency, and long-term profitability by partnering across Product, Engineering, Analytics, Finance, Operations, Marketing, and Business Development. Within DashMart, this role will focus on our DashMart Fulfillment Services business.

DashMart Fulfillment Services (DFS) transforms DashMart from a standalone retailer into the fulfillment platform powering merchant ecommerce on and off DoorDash.
