It is a high-trust, high-ownership role for someone structured, sharp, and execution-oriented — someone who can work closely with the CxO leadership, bring structure to ambiguity, coordinate across functions, drive critical programs, and ensure priorities move from discussion to execution. The role sits at the intersection of Program Management, Business Operations, Executive Stakeholder Management, and Founder’s Office, with a strong focus on execution and organizational velocity.
