Job Description

Job summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Apprentice to support data-driven decision-making through HR MIS, dashboards and reporting, and the delivery of employee lifecycle processes. The role offers exposure to HR analytics, recruitment, onboarding, off-boarding, employee engagement and HR operations.

Roles & Responsibilities
 

• Responsible for collection, validation, and analysis of people data across functions and develop HR dashboards, reports, and insights to aid decision-making.
• Track HR operational metrics, identify trends, and contribute to continuous improvement and digitalization initiatives.
• Maintain HR data integrity by conducting periodic audits and ensuring accuracy of employee information in SAP-HR and other HR systems.
• Support induction, employee documentation, and exit management processes to ensure a seamless employee experience.
• Support employee engagement initiatives, communication activities, and HR events to enhance employee participation and experience.
• Prepare people analytics, workforce reports, and management presentations to support HR reviews and business discussions.

Qualifications

Educational qualification: Science/Pharma/Engg graduate + MBA/Master degree in Management (preferably Human Resources Management)

Minimum work Experience: Exposure to HR operations, processes thru internships preferably within the Pharma industry.

Skills & attributes:

Technical Skills

• Strong analytical and data management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, dashboards, and reporting tools.
• Working knowledge of HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
• Familiarity with SAP-HR, HRIS platforms, and digital HR tools is preferred.
• Ability to generate meaningful insights from HR data and metrics.
