Position Summary: When a guest realizes they've left something behind, or a request comes through the Logistics Service Desk that needs an answer, you're the first person they reach. As the Logistics Support Specialist, you'll manage Service Desk calls and Freshworks tickets, track them through to resolution, and personally handle Lost & Found from the moment an item turns up to the moment it's back in a guest's hands. It's a role built on follow-through — staying organized, communicating clearly, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.   Bandon Dunes is a world-class golf resort located on the Oregon Coast near the charming community of Bandon. Guests come to experience golf as it was meant to be at Bandon Dunes' six distinct golf courses.
