Senior Client Services Manager

We are looking for an experienced Senior Client Services Manager to act as a strategic business partner for our clients - driving account growth, building senior-level relationships and identifying opportunities for long-term partnerships.

You’ll own a portfolio of strategic clients, develop Account Growth Plans, lead QBRs and turn client business needs into upsell, cross-sell and expansion opportunities.

What you'll do

• Own and grow a portfolio of strategic client accounts.
• Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and C-level executives.
• Develop and execute Account Growth Plans (AGPs).
• Identify and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Lead strategic QBRs and business reviews.
• Understand clients’ business models, goals and challenges and proactively bring relevant solutions.
• Manage contract extensions and negotiations.
• Partner with Delivery, Product and Technology teams to turn client needs into opportunities.
