Why This Role

As a Manager, you will lead high‑impact client engagements across Japan, guiding organisations through operational risk, performance improvement, and transformation. You will shape project direction, manage delivery teams, and build strong client relationships while contributing to new consulting opportunities and thought leadership.

Industry / Practice Focus

You will work within our Operational Risk Management practice, bringing industry insights and global best practices to clients in sectors such as mining, oil & gas, chemicals, power & utilities, agribusiness, food & beverage,
