We’re looking for a Sales Coordinator!

We’re looking for a Sales Coordinator to support our sales processes, strengthen client relationships, and keep our teams aligned. You’ll help manage client opportunities from the first quote through onboarding and ongoing engagement, while ensuring clear communication and consistent follow-up.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate quotes, estimates, schedules, SOWs, and other commercial documentation.
• Track sales opportunities, follow-ups, and next steps.
• Build proactive relationships with small and medium-sized clients.
• Support client onboarding and monitor key lifecycle milestones.
• Maintain accurate client and opportunity information in Freshsales.
• Document and improve sales and client management processes.
• Support sales reporting, pipeline updates, and customer experience metrics.
• Coordinate with Sales, Estimating, Operations, Marketing, Billing, and other internal teams.
