Duetti is backed by The Raine Group, Flexpoint Ford, Nyca Partners, Viola Ventures, and Roc Nation, and has raised more than $635 million to date through a combination of equity and debt financing.   The Role We’re seeking a motivated legal extern to join Duetti’s Legal Department. This externship offers a firsthand legal experience at the intersection of law, music, and technology within a fast-paced startup environment. Interns will engage in the drafting of purchase agreements for music assets, legal research and due diligence relating to distribution, licensing, and financing agreements,  and will have the opportunity to interface with industry stakeholders and opposing counsel.
