Position Reports To: Vice president Integrated care and Experience

Salary Range: $70,000 - $80,000 commensurate on skills and experience and plus Group Benefits & HOOPP

Primary Work Location: Oshawa & Pickering, with flexibility to travel to or work at other DCHC sites as required.
