Position Title: HART Hub Outreach Worker

Salary Range: Annualized salary range $50,191 – $60,542, commensurate on skills and experience plus Group Benefits & HOOPP
Primary Work Location: Oshawa, Whitby this position requires travel to provide services in the community and at all DCHC sites
