Job Summary

The Field Technician is responsible for providing onsite technical support for AV, end-user computing devices, workplace technologies, and IT infrastructure. This role serves as an escalation point for Level 1 support, ensuring timely resolution of incidents, service requests, and technical issues while delivering excellent customer service to internal stakeholders and business users.

The technician will support a variety of workplace technologies including AV conferencing systems, networking equipment, and enterprise applications in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities
