We are looking for an experienced Performance & Non-Functional Test Engineer to join our Quality Engineering team. You will be responsible for designing, executing, analysing, and reporting on non-functional testing activities across a range of enterprise applications and platforms.
The ideal candidate combines strong performance testing experience with API testing, observability, test strategy, and stakeholder engagement skills. You will work closely with developers, architects, product owners, and operations teams to ensure resilient, scalable, and reliable systems.
Key Responsibilities
Design and execute performance, load, stress, endurance, and resilience testing activities.
Develop and maintain performance testing frameworks and reusable testing assets.
Perform API testing and validation across REST and SOAP services.
Analyse application and system performance to identify bottlenecks and risks.
