Position Summary
As Sales & Lettings Valuer, you'll take ownership of new business generation across both residential sales and lettings, carrying out market appraisals and valuations, winning new instructions, and building strong relationships with landlords, vendors and prospective clients. You'll become a key ambassador for the Penningtons brand in the Ipswich market, working closely with the local team to drive the branch forward and convert opportunities into successful sales and lettings.
