Maintenance Coordinator

The Maintenance Coordinator must be exceptionally talented, driven, organized and – most importantly – passionate about what we do. The Maintenance Coordinator manages daily and long-term needs of the building to ensure the comfort and wellbeing of our team members. The Maintenance Coordinator oversees all building maintenance, vendor/service contracts, and assessment of facility needs. They are responsible to be on-call for building related emergencies, coordinating bids, problem-solving, and recommendations on repairs and projects.
