What We Need:

We are looking for a Senior HR Officer to join our team and support the day-to-day activities of our Human Resources department.

This role will act as the country HR and administration lead for the Philippines, responsible for in-house payroll processing, statutory compliance, day-to-day HR operations, and office administration for PH staff. The role escalates operational HR queries to the Headquarters’ HR Generalist Team (SG) via Lane 1 and escalates ER, compliance, and sensitive matters directly to the Director of HR via Lane 2. The role supports the local execution of regional HR policies and programmes.
