Support day-to-day compliance operations and help the business balance regulatory obligations with commercial priorities across multiple jurisdictions. Crypto is a big part of the picture, so a solid grasp of it from an AML angle will take you a long way. If you’re comfortable with ambiguity and keen to find smarter ways of working, we want to hear from you.

What you’ll build with us:
Expect variety, and plenty of it. Days blend hands-on casework, like transaction monitoring, sanctions screening, risk reviews and compliance queries, with project work across the platforms. Dig into governance, policies and procedures, spot gaps and partner with the product and BI teams to close them. Collaborate across teams and time zones, and enjoy the pace as priorities shift and projects evolve.
