What you'll build with us:
No two Service Lines run the same playbook here. The work starts with reading each one's context, diagnosing what's holding it back and building people plans that move the needle. From there, it's partnering with senior people leaders on org design, workforce planning and the structural calls that shape how divisions scale. It's real ownership, from shaping what gets built to connecting the business with everything P&C offers.
