In this role, you will evaluate loan files for credit, collateral, and guideline compliance, analyze borrower experience and project feasibility, and provide clear underwriting recommendations that support timely and accurate loan decisions. The ideal candidate brings strong attention to detail, solid credit analysis skills, and experience underwriting fix-and-flip loans.
