Job Description
The Caffe Manager is responsible for leading the team to meet all business objectives while consistently delivering outstanding service, overseeing all aspects of the Caffe in both back-of-house (BOH) and front-of-house (FOH) operations, as well as customer engagement areas.
- Oversees daily operations to ensure that Eataly Caffe consistently meets standards for guest service, employee practices, financial performance, operational efficiency, and health and safety.
- Engages with Caffe employees in a hands-on capacity to foster teamwork and operational excellence.
