Job Purpose
The European Council on Foreign Relations (ECFR) seeks a Working Student to assist with European Security Programme’s overall event management and logistics activities and research efforts, ensuring the smooth execution of various tasks related to organizing events and research activities. This role offers hands-on experience in both research and planning and coordinating events within an international non-profit organization. Key responsibilities include managing RSVPs, coordinating catering, handling logistical arrangements, and supporting our research output. This is a great opportunity to learn the behind-the-scenes aspects of research and event management in a dynamic, multinational environment.Main Responsibilities
- Assist in the organisation of events, including preparing lists of participants, sending invitations, tracking registrations, and liaising with attendees;
- Support with research and follow relevant debates and monitor political developments related to the programme’s work;
- Assist in handling logistical tasks such as coordinating with venues, hotels and catering companies;
