The Role

We’re hiring our first Commercial Counsel to own customer contracting work at Edra. Today this work is mostly owned by outside counsel, but with substantial growth in our commercial pipeline we’re ready to bring on an in-house attorney. This is a hands-on role: you’ll close enterprise deals, build effective contracting systems and processes, and advise on privacy, data protection, and our AI products.

You’ll work closely with Operations, GTM, Engineering, and Deployment teams, with outside counsel available for specialist support. (Outside counsel will continue to own corporate governance, fundraising, the equity plan, and IP work).
