Senior HR Advisor - 12 Month Contract

We are currently looking for a Senior HR Advisor to join our Riyadh office on a 12 month fixed-term contract.  A strategic, hands-on and collaborative HR to support our growing business in Saudi Arabia. This is an opportunity to become a trusted adviser to senior leaders, managers and employees, and to turn business priorities into practical, people-focused solutions. You will combine strategic business partnering with hands-on delivery across employee relations, performance, organisational change, HR operations, government compliance, Saudi employment law and employee experience. The role is based in Riyadh, and the Senior Advisor is expected in the office three days per week. As Senior HR Advisor, you will: Business Partnership & Stakeholder Management: Build trusted relationships with leaders, managers and employees in Saudi Arabia, acting as their first point of contact for people matters.
