Position Summary  

As an Associate at Egon Zehnder, you will play a pivotal role in partnering with our Consultants and Partners in delivering exceptional service and results to clients. You will engage in various aspects of executive search and advisory projects, contributing to the identification and assessment of top executive talent across multiple industries and developing your skills in market and candidate outreach. Your analytical skills and proactive approach will enable you to manage complex client engagements, ensuring that projects are executed efficiently and effectively. Essential Duties and Responsibilities 

• Search Execution: Collaborate with Consultants/Partners to execute complex C-suite executive and board search assignments for clients with an emphasis on candidate research, candidate pool development and outreach.
• Project Management: Manage multiple client engagements efficiently, demonstrating strong project management skills to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of client needs. Ensure relevant information is captured in our database and prepare client update reports.
