エゴンゼンダーのリサーチ・エキスパートは、経験豊富なコンサルタントとチームを組み、経営人材の社外からの招聘プロジェクト（エグゼクティブサーチ）における経営人材サーチ業務に主に取り組みます。今回は主に消費財業界グループの担当者を募集しておりますが、担当業界についてはご志向とご経験に応じてご相談させていただきます。
Research Expert
Egon Zehnder's research experts team up with experienced consultants and work primarily on assignments in executive search projects. We are mainly looking for candidates in the consumer goods industry group, but will consult with you on the industry you are interested in working in based on your aspirations and experience.

業界と人材に関する情報収集・調査、データベース管理が主な業務です。
【プロジェクト開始前】
- 顧客企業についての情報収集
- 担当業界における経営人材動向についての情報収集
- 候補者プールの初期的なリサーチ
- コンサルタントと共にサーチ戦略の構築
- 顧客ミーティングへの同行
【プロジェクト開始後】
- 顧客の求める要件に合った候補者発掘・コンタクト
- 候補者パイプラインの継続的な拡充
- 顧客との進捗状況ミーティングへの参加と資料準備の補助
- コンサルタント、クライアントへの顧客企業の情報、業界内の人材動向の継続的なアップデート
【その他】
- マーケティング活動、エゴンゼンダーが開催するセミナーや会議へのサポート業務
- 業界、顧客企業、人材動向等各種情報収集とデータの管理
- 社内データベースのアップデート・管理、資料の作成
