Lead Financial Services Manager

EGYM Financial Services is growing fast and we want to lead that growth internationally. We are looking for a Lead Financial Services International (m/f/d) in Munich to build our leasing & financing business across the UK, France and Spain. This is a builder's role with a commercial heart. Our EGYM technology business abroad is young and scaling fast, and Financial Services is one of the levers that will accelerate it. Your job is to get close to our sales teams and Country Heads, embed financing into the way they sell, and shift the conversation from one-off purchases to monthly rates. You have a good grounding in vendor finance, have led people before, and love winning business in the market? You don't wait for the phone to ring, you pick it up first? Then this role is for you!

• International Business: You own and grow our leasing & financing business across the UK, France and Spain and scale our volume. From strategy through deal structuring to contract closing and portfolio monitoring
