Recruitment Lead

We're looking for a Recruitment Lead to build and run the hiring function for a project close to family office in construction and hospitality sphere as we are scaling it quite rapidly. This is a fully remote role, leading a recruitment team of 6 people in collaboration closely with the business on the most complex hires.

What You'll Do:

• Manage and develop a recruitment team of 6-7 recruiters.
• Own the most complex, senior, or sensitive positions end-to-end, personally.
• Build recruitment analytics and reporting to track pipeline health, hiring velocity, and team performance.
• Design and evolve sourcing strategies across the roles the function hires for.
• Advise the business on hiring strategy, market realities, and org design as the team grows.
• Set process, tooling, and standards for the wider recruitment team.

Requirements

• Solid experience leading a recruitment team, ideally through a period of active scaling.
• Track record of personally closing complex or senior hires.
• Comfortable building recruitment analytics and using data to guide decisions.
• Fluent in English and Russian, spoken and written.
• Strong communication skills and good judgment with confidential information.
• Self-directed and comfortable working remotely, leading a distributed team.
