Part-Time Talent Acquisition Intern

JOB SUMMARY

The Talent Acquisition Intern will work directly with the Talent Acquisition (TA) team to support recruiting operations and strategic talent acquisition initiatives. This position will collaborate with multiple departments to assist with candidate sourcing, data integration, and applicant tracking system (ATS) support. This position is Hybrid-preferred, with the option to be Remote for the right candidate.

The TA Intern will gain hands-on experience in AI-powered sourcing, ATS, and HRIS support. A significant focus of the role will be utilizing AI tools and external sourcing platforms to identify potential candidates, gather and organize candidate information, and transfer relevant data into the ATS. The Intern will also support ongoing data clean up and maintenance to ensure candidate and employee records are accurate, complete, organized, and up to date. This role provides an opportunity to gain practical experience with emerging HR and recruiting technologies while helping maintain high-quality data and efficient recruiting processes.
