In order to support our rapid growth we are seeking to hire for the season 2027 an experienced and visionary Food and Beverage Manager.
Position Summary
Our new F&B Manager will be the ambassador of our F&B Service Excellence Culture at our fully renovated resort in Corfu, Ella Elyra, opening its doors in 2027. The F&B Manager will be responsible for supervising and developing the F&B Team, and providing high quality services and memorable experiences to our guests.
The Food and Beverage Manager is responsible for planning, managing, and overseeing all food and beverage operations within the establishment. This role includes supervising staff, maintaining quality standards, optimizing profitability, and ensuring a positive guest experience.
