In order to support our rapid growth we are seeking to hire a HR Generalist (L&D Focus).
The job holder also supports the smooth operation of the hotel by providing comprehensive human resource services in various tasks, such as recruitment, hiring processes, onboarding, training, health & safety, and housing.
The HR Generalist (Learning & Development Focus) is responsible for supporting the learning, development, and engagement of employees by coordinating, administering, and continuously improving the hotel's training and development initiatives, ensuring alignment with the Group's values and standards.
