In order to support our rapid growth we are seeking to hire an experienced and visionary Operations Manager.
Position Summary
Our new Operations Manager will be ensuring the implementation of our Service Excellence Culture at our fully renovated Resort in Corfu, Ella Elyra, opening its doors in 2027. The Hotel Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations across all departments of the hotel, ensuring exceptional guest service, efficient management of staff, and smooth functioning of day-to-day processes. They work closely with the General Manager to implement hotel policies, maximize operational efficiency, and ensure that the hotel meets its financial goals.
