In order to support our rapid growth we are seeking to hire a Warehouse/Storekeeper Coordinator.
A Warehouse Coordinator is a central figure in logistics, responsible for overseeing the daily flow of goods and ensuring operational efficiency within a distribution center or warehouse.
Responsibilities
- Manage the stock levels of the hotel's products, including but not limited to food and beverage items, toiletries, and cleaning supplies.
- Coordinate with the hotel's purchasing department to maintain appropriate levels of inventory and ensure that products are ordered in a timely manner.
- Receive and inspect deliveries to ensure that they meet the hotel's quality standards.
- Plan, organize and execute product deliveries to all hotel’s departments.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records delivery schedules, and product usage.
