About the Role
We are looking for a model safety contractor to support safety evaluation and/or safety training data work. This is a full-time contractor role estimated at 40hr/week.
Responsibilities
Design and run safety evaluations on model outputs (jailbreak resistance, harmful content refusal, bias checks)
Produce or curate safety training data as needed
Document findings and flag risks clearly for the team
Recommend mitigations or follow-up work based on evaluation results
