Quality Assurance Specialist

We're seeking a Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist to help ensure the quality, reliability, and usability of innovative virtual reality applications, web platforms, and educational technology products. This role is ideal for someone with a few years of QA experience who enjoys uncovering issues before they reach users and takes pride in delivering high-quality software experiences.
You'll work closely with Product Managers, Developers, Clinical Subject Matter Experts, and fellow QA professionals to validate new features, identify defects, improve testing processes, and support successful product releases. The ideal candidate combines strong manual testing skills with exposure to automation practices and brings a natural curiosity for exploring edge cases and testing beyond expected workflows.
Responsibilities
Execute manual testing for web applications, platform features, and virtual reality experiences.
Perform functional, regression, smoke, exploratory, and user acceptance testing.
Develop comprehensive test plans and test cases that validate business requirements and identify potential edge cases.
