Duties & Role:

• The IWC will be responsible to create and maintain up to date the CMDB of CSU Torrejón in support of our customer CAOC TJ.
• The CMDB is composed of network diagrams and rack layouts, among other documentation.
• The IWC will be also responsible to control the mobile phone lines and terminals and act as software license manager for the CSU

Requirements

Skill, Knowledge & Experience:

• The candidate must have a currently active NATO SECRET security clearance
• Practical experience in Service Asset and Configuration Management activities (SACM) as described in ITIL
• Practical experience in creating and editing IT drawings in MS Visio
• Practical experien
