Duties & Role: 

Under the direction of the Chief Learning Coordinator and as part of the Academy Learning Coordination Team, the incumbent will perform the following duties:

• Provide 1st line support to training coordinators, instructors and students from over 80 NATO and National organizations and entities, developing timely solutions to emerging challenges, as required.
• Advise training coordinators, instructors, and leadership regarding course iteration requests and scheduling, to include gathering requirements and identifying appropriate existing or tailored learning solutions
• Coordinate course iterations on a daily basis, adhering to the Academy schedule or adjusting, as required.
• Coordinate real-life and technical support to instructors and students for course iterations in Oeiras and remote locations (eg., access, classroom booking and configuration, audio / visual and network services, se
