We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer with a strong background in developer tooling and CI/CD systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in developing CI/CD pipelines, building and operating developer portals, and a solid understanding of Kubernetes and container orchestration. This role requires a polyglot mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for improving developer productivity through innovative tooling and automation.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
- Build and operate developer portals or internal platform tooling, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish best practices for AI-assisted development tools and protocols.
- Conduct failure mode analysis and implement systems thinking to enhance tooling reliability and reduce cognitive load.
- Document processes, create developer guides, and communicate proposals effectively.</
