The role
Think founder associate, but for revenue. You'll work directly with our revenue leadership as a force multiplier across the GTM org. It's a high-leverage role where you own the projects that shape how Encord grows and how well our team sells.
You'll spend your time across three streams:
Revenue strategy & operations. Owning the projects that move the needle: pricing experiments, segmentation, forecasting, pipeline analytics and deal desk support. You'll build the dashboards and processes that scale our GTM function, and use that data to spot where the team needs coaching or better tools.
