Director of Health and Safety
TurboCell has an exciting opportunity for a Director of Health and Safety to join our team, working directly with operations, engineering, manufacturing, facilities, and executive leadership and focusing on building, leading, and continuously improving TurboCell’s health, safety, and risk management programs.
Because of our dedication to operational excellence, employee well-being, and maintaining smooth operations, TurboCell is highly selective about the people we bring on board—our work depends on it. Therefore, the Director of Health and Safety must be a proactive leader who can operate strategically while remaining hands-on in a fast-moving manufacturing and technology environment. The right person should be professional, trustworthy with confidential information, highly organized, self-motivated, and able to influence teams at all levels of the organization.

- Develop, implement, and continuously improve company-wide health and safety policies, procedures, standards, and training programs.
- Build and lead a proactive safety culture across manufacturing, engineering, facilities, field operations, and leadership teams.<
