Supply Chain / Manufacturing Controller

We are seeking a Supply Chain / Manufacturing Controller to join the Turbocell Team, working directly with the Chief Financial Officer, and focusing on cost and margin visibility across our power generation equipment business—from raw material and component sourcing through production, inventory, and delivered cost.

This role is part of the support team that services the entire our Endeavour ecosystem and contributes to the overall health and success of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Cost & Product Costing

• Own standard costing, bill of materials (BOM) and routing accuracy, and periodic cost revaluation across product lines.
• Maintain accurate product costing, ensuring standard costs, cost roll-ups, and cost drivers reflect current BOMs, routings, and overhead rates.
