At Endex, you'll own the full talent lifecycle, from identifying the best minds at universities and institutions to closing offers on candidates who are genuinely excited to build something transformational. Your Key Responsibilities

• Own Full-Cycle Recruiting: Source, screen, interview, and close candidates in engineering

• Build Pipelines: Develop and maintain relationships with top universities and programs, establishing Endex as a destination for exceptional graduating talent
