This role serves as the primary project manager and implementation partner from kickoff through configuration, testing, training, and go-live. The ideal candidate is organized, consultative, client-focused, and comfortable managing multiple projects while working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Manage multiple client implementations from kickoff through go-live.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and action items.
• Establish project expectations, communication cadence, and responsibilities.
• Lead kickoff and recurring client meetings.
• Identify and proactively manage risks, blockers, dependencies, and scope.
• Coordinate with internal teams including Product, Customer Success, Sales, and technical resources.
