Position Description 

EIP is seeking a highly motivated Lender Partnership Manager / Program Manager to lead EIP's delivery of an energy efficiency financing initiative on behalf of a major Pennsylvania investor-owned utility company. This hybrid role combines lender partnership development with overall program management and financing-program product ownership. The successful candidate will recruit, educate, and support national, regional, and local financing providers while also managing and continuously improving the program so financing helps move more viable energy efficiency and clean energy projects from opportunity to implementation.
